Carolina Arrangements was founded in Raleigh, NC in 2007 and has since expanded offices in Charlotte, NC. Not only do we understand the importance of attention to detail and commitment to service, but we also have the knowledge to ensure that attendees enjoy their Carolina experience.

Our Sales team goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience for you and your guests, while our Client Services and Operations teams take care of all the details – implementing logistical management to ensure a seamless event. Amy Henderson, President of Carolina Arrangements, acquired the company in January 2009. Her career began in the fast-paced Boston, MA hospitality industry, working in corporate and group sales with the Sheraton Boston Hotel & Towers and Holiday Inn Government Center. She took her experience to the Boston Celtics where she was responsible for corporate partnerships and special events. In 1997, Amy moved to Charlotte, NC to join the Charlotte Hornets and eventually became Director of Corporate Travel for Speedway Motorsports Inc. at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Most recently, she was a part of the team that brought the NBA back to Charlotte with the Charlotte Bobcats, and instrumental in the Grand Opening of the Charlotte Bobcats Arena before taking over Carolina Arrangements.
