150-room hotel scheduled to open in Summer 2009
The Raleigh Convention Center is set to open in September 2008. Various hotels such as the Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel, the Renaissance Hotel at North Hills and the Westin Crabtree Valley are also coming soon!

The Umstead is the first and only full service hotel in North Carolina with the prestigious Five Diamond rating and the honor comes less than a year after the property opened.
